Getting started

New here? Sign up with your email on our registration page, then complete payment if you want premium access and the desktop application.

Account & billing

Subscriptions are billed through PayHere. You can manage your plan from Settings in the dashboard when you are logged in.

Desktop & mobile apps

The desktop app is launched from your dashboard after your account is in good standing (premium active). Use the Launch Desktop button to open the app with a secure token.

Troubleshooting

Why does the dashboard say payment is required?
Your account may be on the free tier, or your subscription may be cancelled or expired. Complete a new payment from the banner or visit the payment gateway. If you believe this is a mistake, email support with your account email.
I cannot delete my account — what should I do?
If you still have an active subscription, cancel it first under Settings → Manage Subscription, or contact support for legacy plans. After cancellation is reflected on your account, you can use Delete Account in the Danger Zone.
Desktop app will not launch from the browser
Ensure you are logged in, your subscription is active, and the Wicky Elliott desktop app is installed. Try launching again from the dashboard. On some systems, the browser may ask to allow opening an external application — choose Allow.
“Requires recent login” when deleting my account
For security, sign out, sign back in, then try deleting your account again from Settings.
