4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

4.1 Recurring Billing: Certain services offered by Wicky Elliott are provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you explicitly agree and authorize that your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring, monthly basis until you formally cancel your subscription.

4.2 Payment Gateway: All payments are securely processed through PayHere, a registered payment gateway authorized by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Wicky Elliott does not directly collect or store your credit or debit card information on our servers.

4.3 Cancellation Policy: You maintain full control over your subscription. You may cancel your recurring payment at any time directly through your account dashboard on our website. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for any future months, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds: Unless required by law or resulting from a billing error on our part, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial-month periods or unused services.

5. Financial Disclaimer

Trading involves significant risk. The content provided by Wicky Elliott, including Elliott Wave analysis and signals, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
